RESOLVED that Planning permission be REFUSED. As a Ward Member for the application area, Councillor L. Winnett did not take part in the vote. Application No. P/2025/0333 Land at Blaina Road, Brynmawr, Blaenau Gwent Application for Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) of planning permission P/2024/0176 (Proposed development of 1no. drive thru (A3 Use Class), 1no. Pizza restaurant/takeaway (A3 Use Class) and 1no. tanning shop (Sui Generis)) for alterations to Unit 1 Upon a vote being taken, it was RESOLVED that Planning permission be GRANTED, subject to the conditions detailed in the report. As a Ward Member for the application area, Councillor W. Hodgins did not take part in the vote.
