   RESOLVED that future meetings he held at 10.00 a.m. with the pre-meeting being at 9.30 a.m.

   AGREED that the report and appendix be accepted and the information contained therein noted (Option 1).

3. Status Report – 2024/25 Scrutiny Recommendations Tracker

   AGREED The Committee further AGREED, subject to the foregoing that the report be accepted and the Scrutiny Committee reviewed progress against the recommendations and actions and made specific suggestions for improvement to the activity (Option 2).

4. Progress Against Recommendations from External Audit Reports

   AGREED. The Committee further AGREED, subject to the foregoing that the report and appendix be accepted and approved the report status as outlined against each recommendation (Option 1).

5. Proposed Scrutiny Committee Forward Work Programme 2025-26

   AGREED. The Committee further AGREED, subject to the foregoing that the report be accepted and made amendments prior to agreeing the Forward Work Programme (Option 2).

   Proposed Scrutiny Committee Forward Work Programme 2025-26

   AGREED. The Committee further AGREED, subject to the foregoing that the report be accepted and made amendments prior to agreeing the Forward Work Programme (Option 2).

   Consideration was given to the report of the Scrutiny and Democratic Officer. Following discussions the Committee requested the forward work programme include scrutiny sessions on the housing system operating across Blaenau Gwent. This would allow the Committee to monitor performance and ensure the respective parties are fulfilling their obligations to their tenants. This course of action was AGREED. The Committee further AGREED, subject to the foregoing that the report be accepted and made amendments prior to agreeing the Forward Work Programme (Option 2).
