RESOLVED, subject to the foregoing, that the decisions be accepted as a true record of proceedings.

After nominations were sought for Lay Members of the Committee, and proposed and seconded, it was RESOLVED that Cheryl Hucker be appointed as Chair of the Governance & Audit Committee 2024/25.

The decisions of the Governance & Audit Committee held on 18th September, 2024 were submitted, whereupon:- On a point of accuracy it was noted that Cheryl Hucker was in attendance at the meeting but due to technical issues was dropping in and out of the meeting.
