Consideration was given to the report of the Team Manager Development Management, whereupon:- Application No. P/2024/0109 Former Bryngwyn School, Bryn-Gwyn Road, Six Bells, Abertillery, NP13 2PD Proposed housing development for 8 residential units Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously RESOLVED that Planning permission be GRANTED subject to the conditions detailed in the report.
