RESOLVED that Planning permission be GRANTED subject to the conditions detailed in the report; and FURTHER RESOLVED as outlined in paragraph 6.4.28 of Planning Policy Wales as the Local Planning Authority was minded to grant planning permission affecting an SSSI against advice of NRW that Welsh Ministers be notified prior to the decision being issued. Councillor P. Baldwin did not take part in any discussion or vote. Councillor D. Rowberry did not take part in the vote. Application No. C/2024/0152 Trefil Quarry, Trefil Road, Trefil, Tredegar, NP22 4HF Vary Conditions 1, 2 and 16 of planning application ref no: C/2008/0338 to extend the time limit for quarry operations for a period of 5 years to 31st December 2029 Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously RESOLVED that Planning permission be GRANTED subject to the conditions detailed in the report. Councillor D. Rowberry did not take part in the vote. Application No. C/2024/0182 Unit 3-4 The Walk, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DL Change of use from Class A1 to Class D2 together with minor external works Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously RESOLVED that Planning permission be GRANTED subject to the conditions detailed in the report. Councillor J. Millard did not take part in the vote.
