(Option 1) Councillor Ellen Jones did not take part in the vote.
It was noted that no requests had been received for the simultaneous translation service.

It was reported that Definitive Map Modification Order training would be scheduled in due course and that the Material Planning Consideration training had been moved to 16th January, 2025. Enforcement training would take place as scheduled on the 17th October, 2024.
