1. Non-Statutory Licence Fees 2024/25, 25/26 and 26/27

   RESOLVED accordingly. Upon a vote being taken, it was unanimously FURTHER RESOLVED that the report be accepted and Option 1 be endorsed namely; to support an inflationary increase in line with MTFS assumptions or full-cost recovery calculations (whichever is the lowest) on all locally set fees covered in this report, as shown in Appendix 1 for 24/25, 25/26 and 26/27. Responses received to the consultation with the trade would be considered by the Corporate Director who would determine final decisions in accordance with the Constitution.

   Consideration was given to the report of the Team Manager - Trading Standards & Licensing. The Chair requested that Officers prepare a report on the potential for discounted fees for Electric Vehicles and ECO fuelled vehicles during the year to be presented to a future meeting of the Committee.
