C/2023/0001 Madison House & Mon Calpe, Picton Road, Dukestown, Tredegar, NP22 4DX Change of use of existing residential properties (C3) into children's care homes (C2) Councillors D. Bevan, W. Hodgins and D. Wilkshire abstained from voting due to their declaration of interest raised. RESOLVED that planning permission be GRANTED.
