It accepted each report. It agreed that the Audit Wales findings fit its own understanding and that the council's action plan responds satisfactorily to the recommendations. It also considered its forward work programme.

Cabinet accepted the decisions of its previous meeting. It agreed to delegate the appointment of Willmott Dixon as a shared Strategic Development and Investment Partner for Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen councils, at a cost of up to £300,000 plus VAT over 12 months.
It also noted two update reports: one on appeals and consultations, and one listing applications already decided.
Cancelled
