It scrutinised the Planning Service Annual Performance Report before it goes to Welsh Government. It also agreed that members' questions on the Health and Safety Annual Report would be sent to officers for answers outside the meeting.
The committee scrutinised three reports: the 2026/27 financial update, the Annual Director's Report for Social Care, and the Safeguarding Annual Evaluation Report. For each, the minute records only that the report was moved after the Chair's summary. It records no other formal decision. The committee also noted the Council and Cabinet work planner and its own work programme, and confirmed earlier minutes.
