RESOLVED – (1) T H A T the proposal for reviewing ways of working with Town and Community Councils, as outlined in Appendix A to the report, be endorsed. (2) T H A T the report as presented be shared with all Town and Community Council Clerks and One Voice Wales following the meeting. (3) T H A T placemaking be agreed as a topic of focus for the first forum meeting in October 2026. (4) T H A T Vale of Glamorgan Councillor Joanna Protheroe be invited to attend the first forum meeting in October 2026.
