RESOLVED – (1) T H A T the recommendations of the Homelessness Reviewed: An Open Door to Positive Change Report, the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales’ letter to the Council (appended at Appendix A) and the Council's progress update (appended at Appendix B) be noted and referred to Cabinet for their consideration and endorsement of progress. (2) T H A T following Cabinet’s consideration of the report, the Council’s progress update (appended at Appendix B) be forwarded to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales as requested.
