RESOLVED – (1) T H A T the contents of the report and the draft response to the consultation (attached at Appendix A) be noted and agreed the same for submission to Welsh Government, subject to referral to Corporate Performance and Resources Scrutiny Committee for the Committee's consideration. (2) T H A T Corporate Performance and Resources Scrutiny Committee considers the content of this report and Appendix A and refers any comments back to Cabinet for consideration.
