RESOLVED – (1) T H A T the report and the feedback received at the meeting in respect of the observation visit undertaken by the Chair of Standards Committee to Sully and Lavernock Community Council be accepted. RESOLVED – (1) T H AT it be noted that no observations visits had taken place since the last meeting however Independent Members were due to commence observation visits of Town and Community Council’s shortly. (2) T H A T the list of Town and Community Councill meetings attached at Appendix 1 to the report be noted. (3) T H A T it be accepted that the Monitoring Officer may advise during the year that additional, specific Town and Community Council meetings be observed. Reason for decisions (1-3) Having regard to the contents of the reports and discussions at the meeting.
