RESOLVED – T H A T, having regard to the report, the Guidelines adopted by the Public Protection Licensing Committee, and to the representations made at the meeting, the driver in question was not a fit and proper person to hold a Vale of Glamorgan Council Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s licence, and that a full statement of reasons for this decision be provided to the driver.
