The main changes include 1) moving from gas central heating to solar power with PV panels mounted on both sloping sides of the main roof. 2) A proposal to redesign the south-facing front elevation to incorporate three enlarged windows to house fused glass panels created by an artist specialising in glass fusion. 3) Install a continuous series of three awnings on the glazed east-facing elevation to provide more sociable external space and associated paving and landscape. 4) Widen the external entry gates by 1 meter towards the east boundary. Incorporate a pedestrian gate. 5) Add a 6-bike sheltered lock-up to the east elevation adjacent to the parking area. 6) Add a lockable buggy enclosure to the west side of the building.
