Mae'r cais hwn yn aros am benderfyniad, felly gallwch roi sylwadau o hyd. Dywedwch a ydych yn cefnogi neu'n gwrthwynebu, a pham, gan gadw at faterion cynllunio. Mae sylwadau'n mynd i'r cyngor ac fel arfer yn cael eu cyhoeddi.
Dim ond materion cynllunio sy'n cyfrif mewn penderfyniad: pethau fel golwg adeilad, traffig, sŵn, edrych dros eiddo, colli golau, a chynllun datblygu lleol y cyngor. Nid yw gostyngiad yng ngwerth cartref cyfagos yn cyfrif, na phwy yw'r ymgeisydd.

Ymgynghori
Mae'r cyngor yn rhoi gwybod i gymdogion ac eraill, fel arfer gyda hysbysiad safle neu lythyrau. Gall unrhyw un roi sylwadau, fel arfer o fewn 21 diwrnod.
Penderfyniad
Mae'r rhan fwyaf o geisiadau'n cael eu penderfynu gan swyddogion cynllunio'r cyngor. Mae rhai mwy neu ddadleuol yn mynd i'r pwyllgor cynllunio, lle mae cynghorwyr yn penderfynu'n gyhoeddus.

Os gwrthodir caniatâd, gall yr ymgeisydd apelio i Benderfyniadau Cynllunio ac Amgylchedd Cymru. Ni all pobl eraill apelio, ond gallan nhw roi sylwadau ar apêl.

The proposed works entail the removal of growth which has grown in the direction of the house. The branches are now within touching distance of the wall and roof of the house. There are also 'suckers' which have grown from the base of the tree which are directly overhanging the fence. A arborist has been contacted and has provided a proposed plan of pruning the tree which will minmise the impact on the tree, whilst removing the branches growing at the house. Pictures have been provided of the branches and the proximity of the house, as well as the tree surgeon's proposed work. The tree is a mature horse chesnut tree which is growing in the garden of the neighbouring property, Elmdale, Monmouth Road, Raglan.
