Public Services Ombudsman for Wales Annual Letter & Report 2023/24
RESOLVED to: 1. Note the information as set out in the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales Annual Letter (Appendix A) and Annual Report (Appendix B) 2023/2024; 2. Consider the questions posed by the PSOW in the consultation document (Appendix C) and provide any comments or observations as appropriate; 3. Delegate authority to the Director of Governance and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Chair, to draft and agree any response/comments to the PSOW by 31 January 2025.
