Arrangements for Handling Complaints and Compliments (including the Draft Complaints and Compliments Annual Report 2021/22)
RESOLVED: to agree the report. - Audit Manager to liaise with the Chair and Vice Chair and to arrange a report on Social Services and Education Complaints handling arrangements. - Committee to be provided with the suite of complaints handling KPIs once approved by the Halo Board
