Standards & Ethics Committee Annual Report 2023-24
RESOLVED: 1 Delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Chair, to finalise the Annual Report, having regard to comments provided by Members of the Committee 2 Request that the Chair to present the Committee’s Annual Report 2023/24 to the next suitable meeting of full Council; and 3 Request that the Monitoring Officer to send the Committee’s Annual Report 2023/24 to each of the Community Councils in Cardiff, and a copy to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.

RESOLVED to: (a) Delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Chair, to finalise the Annual Report, having regard to comments provided by Members of the Committee, specifically the inclusion of a paragraph highlighting that the Conservative Group had submitted correspondence stating their concerns around the Working Group and that they remained dissatisifed with its outcomes. (b) Request that the Chair present the Committee’s Annual Report 2024/25 to the October meeting of full Council; and (c) Request that the Monitoring Officer send the Committee’s Annual Report …
