RESOLVED: that 1. officers be authorised to proceed to publish proposals in accordance with section 48 of The Schools Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 to: · establish a new 8 place Specialist Resource Base for emotional health and wellbeing at Baden Powell Primary School from September 2024, within the existing buildings. · establish an 8 place Specialist Resource Base for emotional health and wellbeing at Fairwater Primary School from September 2024, within the existing buildings. RESOLVED: that 1. The proposals in respect of changes to Additional Leaning Needs provision as set out in paragraph 1 of this report without modification be approved. 2.
