RESOLVED: Council AGREED to: 1. Approve the nomination to the SEWCJC Governance and Audit Sub-Committee as set out in the Amendment Sheet; 2. Approve the nomination and appointment of a new non-executive director to the Board of Cardiff Bus as set out in the Amendment Sheet; 3. Approve the company’s proposed appointment of Mrs Jen Doody to the Board of Cardiff Bus as an executive director; 4. Approve the nomination of Councillor Garry Hunt for consideration and appointment by the company’s Board as the new Chair of Cardiff Bus.
