Shared Regulatory Services - Delegation Of 'Special Procedures' (& Other Regulatory) Functions Introduced By The Public Health (Wales) Act 2017
RESOLVED: that 1) the Special Procedures functions which are required by law to be discharged by the statutory Licensing Committee, within its approved Terms of Reference, and the proposed arrangements in this regard, as set out in paragraph 10 of the report be noted; 2) the delegation to the Shared Regulatory Services Joint Committee of all Executive functions under the following Parts of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 and regulations made thereunder be approved: (i) Part 3 Chapter 1, Smoke free premises, places and vehicles; (ii) Part 4, Special Procedures; and (iii) Part 5, Intimat…
