Cardiff Crossrail Phase 1
RESOLVED: that 1. the launch of an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) 2 Stage Tender for Phase 1A of the CrossRail Project be authorised. 2. authority be delegated to the Director of Planning, Transport & Environment to award the Stage 1 ECI Design Phase to the successful bidder using the evaluation criteria set out in Paragraph 11 of this report. 3. It be noted that that Stage 2 of the ECI will be subject to a future cabinet approval.
