RESOLVED: that 1) the proposed scheme for Pentwyn Leisure Centre be approved as illustrated by the design plans at Appendix 1 and the financial proposal at Confidential Appendix 3 and authority be delegated to the Director of Economic Development in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Culture, Parks and Events, the Section 151 Officer, and the Monitoring Officer to: i.
