RESOLVED to: 1. Note the minor amendments made, under delegated authority, to the Protocol for the Use of Council Hybrid Meetings Equipment for Political Group Meetings, as shown in Appendix A; 2. Review the Protocol, having regard to the information set out in the report, and provide any comments; 3. Note that if any substantive changes to the protocol are proposed, this would require consultation with group whips and approval by full Council.
