RESOLVED: that 1. the proposals for the redevelopment of Cardiff Market and the funding strategy as set out in the appendices to this report be approved. 2. Authority be delegated to the Director of Economic Development in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Investment & Development, Section 151 Officer and Director Governance and Legal Services / Monitoring Officer, to deal with all matters relating to the redevelopment proposal including the funding application, procurements, and grants in relation to Cardiff market (and any ancillary agreements) as required in relation to this matter…
