RESOLVED to provide a preliminary announcement of their decision, with a detailed decision and minutes to be published in due course on the Council’s Website: Decision This Committee consists of three Independent Members of the Council’s Standards and Ethics Committee. It was set up by the Council to give an independent recommendation to the Council’s Cabinet (the Charity trustee) as to whether it is in the best interests of the Maindy Park Charity to agree to a proposed land swap.
