RESOLVED: • To note the draft report. • To delegate authority to the Director of Children’s Services in consultation with the Chair, to finalise the Annual Report, having regard to comments provided by Members of the Committee and Members of the Children & Young People Scrutiny Committee and; • The Chairperson to present the Annual Report to full Council in June 2024.
