RESOLVED: that 1) the proposed agreement with Tennis Wales as set out in this report be approved. 2) the three tennis court sites identified in this report be included in the agreement. 3) Authority be delegated to the Director of Economic Development in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Culture, Parks and Events and the Legal Officer to: a. identify a further three tennis court sites to be included in the agreement subject to appropriate due diligence and governance relating to any Trust arrangements and/or restrictive covenants; b. enter into Licence Agreements/Management Agreeme…
