Election of Deputy Chairman of Council for 2023 - 2024
RESOLVED – That Councillor Jane Henshaw be appointed Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and County of Cardiff and Deputy Chair of Cardiff Council for the Municipal Year 2023- 2024 Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and County of Cardiff, Councillor Jane Henshaw was invested with the chains of office. The Chief Executive invited the Deputy Lord Mayor to sign the Declaration of Acceptance. The Deputy Lord Mayor confirmed that the Consort Mrs Angharad Anderson.

RESOLVED – That Councillor Helen Lloyd Jones be appointed Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and County of Cardiff and Deputy Chair of Cardiff Council for the Municipal Year 2024 – 2025. Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and County of Cardiff, Councillor Helen Lloyd Jones was invested with the chains of office. The Chief Executive invited the Deputy Lord Mayor to sign the Declaration of Acceptance. The Deputy Lord Mayor confirmed that the Consort for the 2024 – 2025 Municipal Year was Sir Richard Lloyd Jones.
