RESOLVED – T H A T the proposed Statement of Licensing Principles for 2025- 2028, as detailed in Appendix A to the report, be approved and the report be referred to Cabinet and then on to Council for final approval. Reason for decision Having regard to the contents of the report and to discussions at the meeting, and to ensure that the Council fulfilled its statutory duty as a Licensing Authority.
