RESOLVED – (1) T H A T receipt of further documentation submitted by the Applicant in support of the Town and Village Green application and the ongoing review of that material be noted. (2) T H A T the position regarding the further specialist legal advice which would be obtained regarding the effect of the additional material submitted to the CRA, and that any further decision required of the Trust would be reported to Committee as appropriate, be noted.
