RESOLVED – T H A T the outcome of the self-assessment of the effectiveness of the Governance and Audit Committee be noted. Reason for decision To provide assurance that the Council’s Governance and Audit Committee could demonstrate its effectiveness against the good practice principles set by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) using the self- assessment tools provided.
