   Minute

   4.1 The Committee noted the previous licensing hearings minutes. It was further noted that some outstanding minutes are currently undergoing translation and will be brought to the Committee for approval at a later date.

   Review of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Age Limits and Signage Requirements / Adolygu Terfynau Oedran Cerbydau Hacni a Cherbydau Llogi Preifat a’r Gofynion o ran Arwyddion

   5.1 The Team Manager, Licensing and Trading Standards advised that this item was withdrawn due to a technical issue that occurred during the publication of the papers. The Committee would reconvene at a future date to consider the report. 5.2 There were no questions raised by Members of the Committee. 5.3 The report was withdrawn and would be brought back to the Committee in due course.

   6.1 The date of the next meeting was confirmed to take place on 27th November 2025 with an additional meeting to be set up online imminently.

   Exclusion of Press and Public / Gwaharadd y Wasg a'r Cyhoedd

   7.1 To agree the exclusion of the press and public from the meeting as presentations and meeting papers are not for publication because in accordance with paragraphs 12 and 14 of part 4 of Schedule 12a of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Access to Information Variation Order Wales 2007), it contains information about a particular individual and information relating to the financial and business affairs of particular persons including the Council and in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exemptions outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.

Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
