5.1 The TML&TS briefly read through her report whilst sharing her screen. 5.2 The Chair thanked the TML&TS and her team for their hard work during the quarter and asked the Committee whether they had any questions in relation to the report. The TML&TS responded as follows:- • She was unsure whether targets would be hit as they were a very reactive service and didn’t know what they could be facing each day as they had to often deal with urgent matters. They had to make decisions and prioritise their work but it was hoped that they would make progress towards their targets. • The number of visits was up to 60 during quarter one and this could have been down to a number of factors. They could have been out delivering information, some could have been full inspections, others could have been trying to play catch up or checking whether Covid regulations were being adhered to. Visits could be wide-ranging. 5.3 The Statutory Licensing Committee: · Noted the contents of the report, and · Noted the activity report for October 2021 – March 2022
6.1 The date of the next meeting was confirmed to take place on Thursday, 24 November 2022.
