A series of planning applications were presented on behalf of the Head of Planning & City Regeneration. Resolved that the undermentioned planning applications be approved. (Item 2) – Planning Application 2023/0357/OUT - Construction of residential units and associated access, car parking, landscaping and infrastructure works (outline) at Site B3 , Riverside Wharf, Swansea Waterfront, Swansea A detailed visual presentation was given. Phil Baxter (agent) addressed the committee and spoke in support of the scheme. Application approved subject to a Section 106 agreement. (Item 1) – Planning Application 2022/1907/FUL - 3MW ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) farm including ancillary equipment, associated infrastructure and private wire connection at Land At Tir John Landfill , St Thomas, Swansea A visual presentation was given.
