The Assistant Licensing Manager outlined the report, which is to consider the revised Statement of Principles, under the provisions of the Gambling Act 2005, for the period 2025 – 2028 in accordance with statutory requirements. Members were reminded that the amendments have not changed since bringing the draft policy before the licensing committee on 9th July 2024, which was approved.
