Response by Head of Service: Thank you for your questions and apologies for the delay in responding. 1. The Environmental Protection Service has not received any investigation reports relating to the site. 2. PCC does not own this site; it was sold on the 12th August 2020. It was not provided with any environmental surveys as part of the transaction. 3. The site was used during its use by Cae Post as a waste recycling/bulking facility throughout its lease and occupation of the site. 4. The Environmental Protection Service has not received any information in respect of environmental concerns.
