County Councillor Jackie Charlton Cabinet Member for a Greener Powys Decisions Taken 1 September 2025 Decisions Published 1 September 2025 Decisions Effective 9 September 2025 C2219 Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant to Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall Clearway Order DECISION that the local highway authority commence the legal public consultation procedure for the proposed traffic regulation order creating a clearway on the C2219 as indicated on the plan at Appendix A [attached to the report], and if no substantive objections are received implement the traffic movement prohibition Order in accordance with the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
