Response by Head of Service: The sum annual maintenance, repair, and utility cost of managing the Canolfan Day Centre in Ystradgynlais is £ 24,267.8. This consists of £13,898.47 for maintenance and £10,369.34 for utilities. Each service varies due to its size, occupancy levels etc, unable to compare like for like but Canolfan is equivalent to other services. Happy to provide individual detail of each service if required.
