Council debated a request to approve a virement of £1.349 million in this financial year from SPF grant, reserve and the Risk Budget to finance the decision of Cabinet to award the contract for public bus services in Powys for the next 7 years. Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
