Response by Head of Service: Diolch yn fawr iawn i chi am eich ymholiad parthed yr ariannu a chynnig cwricwlwm ar gael i ddisgyblion y ffrwd Gymraeg yn Ysgol Llanfyllin. 1 - Gweler yr atodiad Excel, sy'n amlinellu sut mae'r ysgol yn cael ei ariannu. Mae'r tab cyntaf yn cynnwys Ysgol Llanfyllin yn unig, ond mae'r ail tab yn cynnwys data pob ysgol uwchradd a phob oed Powys (mae'r wybodaeth hyn yn cael ei rannu gyda phob ysgol yn flynyddol). 2 and 3 - Gweler yr atodiad Word, sy'n cynnwys gwybodaeth o ran Cwricwlwm cyfrwng Cymraeg a Saesneg ar gyfer blwyddyn academaidd 23/24, 24/25 a 25/26. 4 - Yr ysgol yn unig sy'n gallu cyfiawnhau'r gwariant gan ein bod yn dirprwyo'r cyllid gyda'r penderfyniadau yn nwylo'r corff llywodraethol. Thank you very much for your enquiry regarding the funding and offer of a curriculum available to pupils in the Welsh stream at Ysgol Llanfyllin. 1 - Please see the attached Excel sheet which outlines how the school is funded. The first tab contains the data for Ysgol Llanfyllin alone, and the second tab the data for all Powys secondary / all-age schools (this data is shared with all schools annually). 2 and 3 - Please see the attached Word document which provides detail of the Welsh and English medium curriculum offer at the school for the academic years 23/24, 24/25 and 25/26. 4 - It is the school alone that can provide the justification for the expenditure as the budget is delegated to the school with the decisions made by the governing body.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
