County Councillor Jackie Charlton Cabinet Member for a Greener Powys Decision Taken 3 June 2025 Decision Published 3 June 2025 Decision Effective 11 June 2025 CB2818 & CB3000 Bridges, Tafolwern – Weight Restrictions DECISION: To authorise the local highway authority to commence the legal public consultation procedure for the proposal to: · revoke the traffic regulation order relating to CB2818 Tafolwern Fawr Bridge & · impose an 18tonne weight restriction traffic regulation order to CB3000 Bont Fach Bridge. as indicated on the attached plan, and if no substantive objections are received implement the traffic movement prohibition Order in accordance with the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
