Apologies were received from Mr J Goolden, lay member and Community Councillor K Coldrick.
Mr J Goolden, lay member, had declared a prejudicial interest as he knows some of the individuals involved in the complaint. He had therefore given his apologies. Councillor R White declared an interest as he knew Councillor Pritchard, who is the subject of the complaint when they were both County Councillors and he also sees him in Welshpool. County Councillor I McIntosh declared an interest as he knew Councillor Pritchard when he was a County Councillor.
