Response by Head of Service: Please see below a response to your questions. 1. The cost to Powys for the additional work required £23,000 as below. Please note this is not including staff time to attend RWAS on behalf of Powys. 2. The cost of the Clean as confirmed by Highways for the week is £23k. 3. The cost for hiring £15k. The budget was removed in 24/25 so the costs are recovered from income generated and grant. 4. No monies from the RWAS is released to Powys CC in relation to the above costs.
