County Councillor Jackie Charlton Cabinet Member for a Greener Powys Decisions Taken 29 May 2024 Decisions Published 29 May 2024 Decisions Effective 6 June 2024 40 mph Speed Limit Buffer Zone – B4392 Arddleen Road, Guilsfield DECISION to authorise the Traffic Regulation Order consultation procedure is initiated in accordance with The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 for the proposed new 40mph speed limit along part of the B4392 in the village of Guilsfield as set out in the plan in Appendix B; and if no substantive objections are received the proposal be implemented.
