Response by Head of Service: Nid yw Cyngor Sir Powys wedi cael unrhyw ran yn yr arwyddion newydd a godwyd ar gyffordd y cloc ym Machynlleth. Mae'r A487 a'r A489 ym Machynlleth yn briffyrdd y mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn gyfrifol amdanynt, felly mae’r cwestiwn angen ei ailgyfeirio atyn nhw am ateb. Powys County Council have had no involvement in the new signs erected at the clocktower junction in Machynlleth. The A487 and A489 within Machynlleth are trunk roads for which the Welsh Government are responsible for and thus this question needs redirecting to them for a reply.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
