County Councillor Jackie Charlton Cabinet Member for a Greener Powys Decisions Taken 17 January 2024 Decisions Published 17 January 2024 Decisions Effective 25 January 2024 Speed Limit Modifications – Various Roads, Tregynon and Llanwnog DECISION to approve the Traffic Regulation Order consultation procedure is initiated in accordance with The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 for the proposed modifications of the existing speed limits and the introduction of new speed limits along various roads in the villages of Tregynon and Llanwnog as set out in the plans in Appendix C [in the agenda pack]; and if no substantive objections are received the proposal be implemented.
