Response by the Cabinet Member: Ar hyn o bryd mae'r datblygiad newydd o fewn y cyfnod cynnal a chadw, ar ddiwedd y cyfnod hynny bydd yn cael ei fabwysiadu'n ffurfiol gan y cyngor os cwblheir popeth fel sy’n ofynnol. Dylai'r datblygwr delio a gosod arwyddion newydd yn ystod y cyfnod hwn. Fel arfer byddai hyn o fewn 12 mis ond, gall ymestyn y tu hwnt i hynny os na all y datblygwr gwblhau'r holl gytundebau angenrheidiol â thrydydd partïon eraill yn yr amser hwnnw e.e. awdurdodau dŵr a charthffosydd. The new development is currently within the maintenance period at the end of which it will be formally adopted by the council if everything is completed as required. The replacement of the signs should be dealt with by the developer during this period. Typically this would be within 12 months but, it may extend beyond if the developer cannot complete all necessary agreements with other third parties in that time e.g water and sewer authorities.
Councillors must say when they have a personal link to something being discussed, such as a job, a property or a family member. A prejudicial interest is one strong enough that the councillor usually leaves the room and takes no part.
Declarations are read from the minutes once they are published.
